Dr. Donald J. Greggain, MD, CCFP(pronounced "greh gin") Dr. Greggain started the clinic in December 1995, having practiced in northern Alberta, Canada for 13 years. He is board certified in Family Medicine, and provides additional services for obstetric patients. In 1980, he graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan, and is currently a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP).

Dr. Jayme T. Mackay, MD, CCFP (pronounced "muh kai")

Dr.  Greggain and Dr. Mackay offer a full spectrum of family medical practice services including care for the entire family, from conception to the elder years. They employ a holistic approach to health needs, with emphasis on prevention, nutrition, exercise, and wellness. Both have admitting priveleges at Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston, WA  and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID. The staff and doctors at our clinic employ current technology with computerized scheduling, record keeping, patient and insurance billing, laboratory and radiology imaging results, and communicating with specialists and hospitals. Community members of Clarkston and Lewiston are fortunate to have access to a full complement of medical staff, including 24 hour emergency care at both hospitals, and surgical, pediatric, gynecologic, obstetric, internal medical, radiologic and lab services at one or both facilities. Tertiary care is available by helicopter or fixed wing aircraft to Spokane medical centers, just 120 miles north.
